Key Responsibilities:

Bridge Business and Tech: Combine your excellent communication skills with your technical and business expertise to guide business through the possibilities that data can bring and translate these needs into clear requirements for the technical teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for data products that supports business objectives and drives innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Challenge and Influence: Question and refine business demands to identify the most valuable solutions, providing insights and alternatives when necessary.
Prioritization: Set clear priorities for product development based on business value, feasibility, and resource availability.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, balancing their needs while aligning with company goals.
Product Development Oversight: Guide the development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytical skills to interpret data insights, informing product decisions and strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and team dynamics.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficient in SQL.
Proficient in using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Good understanding of data warehousing and other data concepts like integrations, data modelling and AI.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to derive strategic business insights from data.
Expertise in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and conclusion drawing.

Soft Skills:

Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-stakes projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to bridge business objectives with technical concepts.
Proficient in project management and agile methodologies.
Adept at stakeholder management and negotiation.

Other Requirements:

Strong self-motivation and leadership capabilities.
Adaptability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, any related field, or similar through experience.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools and leading data projects.
