Data Strategy Analyst

As a Data Strategy Analyst, you will be integral to our mission, supporting the development and execution of data strategies that align with our clients’ long-term goals. In this role, you will dive into the intricacies of data analysis, from clarifying roadmap details to managing performance metrics and extracting actionable insights. Your analytical prowess and strategic thinking will drive the creation of KPIs and advanced analytics practices, elevating data to inform and accelerate organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Data Strategist team to refine and elucidate the details of data roadmaps across various client projects.
Perform rigorous data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Manage and report on performance data, ensuring alignment with established KPIs and business objectives.
Develop and track KPIs to measure efficacy and success of data strategies and initiatives.
Generate comprehensive insights using advanced analytics techniques, translating complex data into understandable and actionable reports.
Present analysed data in a meaningful way to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data strategies and monitor the adoption of data-driven practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
Robust knowledge of data analysis tools and statistical software.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a track record of translating data into strategic insights.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques.
Comfortable with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages.
Prior experience in creating and managing detailed performance reports.
Understanding of data governance and data quality management.
